ROC Personal Training LLC
Joseph Delgado has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years. He is an ACE certified personal trainer with many specialty certifications including senior fitness, youth fitness specialist, fitness nutrition specialist amongst others. He has a master’s degree in business and human resources from RIT and created their Better Me Wellness program from the ground up. He has co-owned Max Effort Training, a personal training studio, for the last 10 years and now has ventured out on his own to bring Henrietta a state-of-the-art facility, ROC Personal Training LLC.
Services include Personal Training, Small Group Training, Nutrition Counseling, Group Exercise Classes, Cold Plunge, Fitness Assessments, Employee Wellness, and other offerings to form a comprehensive wellness facility. Located at 50 Methodist Hill Drive, this facility be able to address the specific needs of the business park but will look to serve the entire greater Rochester area.
Joseph will use his knowledge, education, and experience to continue to make an impact on the Rochester community, while employing the top fitness professionals in the area.
